Tape expanders

Tape

— expanders made in the form of elastic bands of rubber, latex or other similar material. They are versatile, suitable for a wide variety of muscle groups and can be used in bodybuilding, yoga, Pilates, various martial arts, etc. Compared to tubular expanders (see the relevant paragraph), which have a similar application, tape models are somewhat more expensive — this is due to increased requirements for the reliability of the material. On the other hand, the scope of application of elastic bands is noticeably wider, while when folded they take up a minimum of space.
