Temperature control

— the thermal control function allows the battery mod to automatically maintain the temperature of the coil at the recommended level — more precisely, turn off the power when the temperature rises to a critical one. Thus, the risk of overheating and burning of the wick is reduced, the temperature and taste of the steam are optimal, and the battery charge is consumed most rationally. On the other hand, thermal control does not work with all atomizers — the evaporator must have a nickel or titanium heating coil, and such designs are expensive.

Also note that thermal control in its pure form, without additional features, is rare — more often this function is combined with a variable watt (see the relevant paragraph).
