Sandtex Trade X-treme X-Posure Smooth Masonry Paint is a durable, high performance coating for exterior walls and rendered surfaces. Highly flexible and covers hairline cracks while preventing them re more→appearing. Shower resistant 15 minutes after application.Anti-carbonation properties, resist dirt and pollution, while an added fungicide prevents mould growth on the surface. BBA Approved 20 years protection.Application is by brush, roller or spray with coverage up to 16sq/m per litre. Touch dry in 30 minutes and recoatable between 2-4 hours.

Formulated using pliolite resin and is ideal for use more→in all weather conditions where it can be applied in temperatures as low as -10°C.Once applied it is rain resistant in only 20 minutes. BBA approved 15 year durability. Where chalking, flaking or a breakdown of the surface has occurred, remove any loose material and fill where necessary using an exterior masonry filler before applying a stabilising solution.Finish with 2 coats of Sandtex Trade 365 Masonry.
