Tilt-adjustable speaker stands
— the ability to change the angle of inclination of the installed column without changing the position of the stand itself. This adjustment is mainly used in wall mounts (see "Type"): if the installation height is chosen unsuccessfully (higher or lower than optimal), you can not rearrange the mount, but tilt the speaker, directing the sound towards the listener. For the same purpose, height adjustment can be used (see the relevant paragraph), however, height adjustment is more convenient to provide in floor racks, while changing the slope is better for wall structures.
