Wood
— wooden stairs look good, besides, they practically do not conduct electricity, unlike metal ones. However, this material is very impractical: with a greater weight than aluminium, it is inferior to it in strength, prone to chipping, sensitive to scratches and shocks — where the metal only bends, the wood can crack. In addition, good insulating properties are present only in dry wood — and even then they are usually insufficient for professional dielectric stairs. Therefore, models from this material are not widely used.
