— the main advantage of glossy screens is their high reflectivity. This ensures high image contrast even at low brightness of the projector itself, bright colours and good clarity. On the other hand, such screens are much more glare than matte ones, have limited viewing angles, and are more expensive. Therefore, they are rare and are intended mainly for demanding users who value high image quality, or for situations where a matte finish is not suitable for one reason or another.
