— water-type air curtains are equipped with heating elements in the form of heat exchangers through which hot water passes (for example, from a common heating system). The main advantage of such units is the ability to provide high heat output at a very low cost of electricity — because electricity is not spent on heating. The downside is the need to connect to a hot water supply system (which is often difficult, if not impossible), as well as the dependence of heat output on the characteristics of the coolant.
