— this type of power supply is used exclusively in stationary-type walkie-talkies: the device receives energy for operation from the on-board grid of the vehicle (car, boat, aircraft, etc.) on which it is installed. At the same time, in most cases, such walkie-talkies can work even with the engine turned off — from the onboard battery of the vehicle, and therefore there are no batteries in the design at all.
