And when draining water into a vessel with a narrow neck, the width of this neck may not be enough to effectively press the lever and turn on the water. However, in many devices, these shortcomings are compensated by the fact that the water can be opened by moving the lever towards yourself, while the lever does not need to be held — it remains in the open position even when the user releases the hand.
