The main advantage of solutions of this type is the minimum level of adhesion — markers can be left on the glass panel even for a long time, since the coloring pigment of the marker cannot penetrate deep into the glass surface, which makes it easy to remove absolutely any records from the board. Another important advantage of tempered glass is the highest resistance to mechanical damage — the surface is not subject to abrasion, like enamelled or lacquered boards. Additionally, surfaces based on tempered glass allow you to place paper/plastic media. To fix them, you need to use magnets. Among the shortcomings can be noted a rather high price, as well as poor tolerance to shock loads.
