With the ap9641 APC network card you connect an APC Smart-UPS (equipped with a SmartSlot) to the network. This way you can monitor and manage the UPS remotely (SNMP EcoStruxure IT web browser) and the UPS can send a shutdown signal to multiple physical and/or virtual servers using PowerChute Network Shutdown software.
