This powerful laser weld cutter from Power-tec is used for safely grinding away laser welds on body panels on VW, Porsche, Audi, Mazda, Ford and Volvo models. Laser welds are used as they provide greater strength and rigidity, they are a more durable and stable weld and therefore need a more powerful tool to cut them when needed. This cutter from Power-Tec is manufactured specifically for this job, operating at 25000rpm and 6.3bar, more than capable of cutting through these difficult to work with welds.
