— the presence of a special sensor in the design of the stepper, which is able to track the athlete's heart rate and at least display this data on the screen in real time. The design of the sensors can be different (ear clip, plates on the handrails, etc.), but anyway, counting the heart rate is very important for targeted training: when working, for example, on burning fat, the optimal values will be different than when strengthening the heart -vascular system or maintaining the overall shape.
