Press bench
— incline bench for crunches and other similar exercises for training the abs. In the initial position, the athlete lies on such a device on his back, head down, fixing his feet on the rung of the ladder. Actually, the bench itself is usually attached to the crossbar; by rearranging it to different heights, you can change the slope and load level.
