Children's models

— this category includes models for purely entertainment purposes, designed for children and not intended for serious use, such as competitions on the tracks. Such models are made mainly on a small scale (although there are exceptions), are equipped with easy-to-use electric motors and have rather modest characteristics: for example, the maximum speed of 15 – 16 km/h is, in fact, the limit for them. But the additional functionality and equipment, on the contrary, can be very extensive. Often, the design includes light and sound effects, opening doors and other features designed to provide additional entertainment and enhance the resemblance to a real car. Actually, another feature of children's models is their appearance: many of these toys are directly copied from real-life cars; the body can be painted in bright colours; there are cars in a "cartoon" style, including those copying cartoon characters, etc.
