Anti-scan

— special protection against scanning signals exchanged between the alarm key fob and the central unit.

This feature prevents an attacker from intercepting the signal, preventing him from taking control of the signaling (or, at least, significantly complicating such a task). Specific methods of such protection may be different, for more details see the "Protection from scanning" list.
