— dishes for liquid dishes, which differ from the classic soup plate in greater depth and smaller diameter. The shape may resemble a bowl, bowl or even a classic cup; the design may include a handle or a pair of handles. In accordance with the name, they are used for broths, but this is not limited to this: even according to the “classic rules”, mashed soups and soups with finely chopped ingredients are also allowed to be served in broth bowls, and in fact such dishes are often used for any first courses.
