Our Isphahan Collection draws inspiration from ancient Persian designs. Persian artisans usually decorated in blue and white, as Chinese willow pattern pottery was favored around this time.

The gradated glaze of our Vorago Decorative Bowl is something to behold. It's graduating tones drip from a lighter shade into deeper blue, reminiscent of the ocean. It's crafted by hand-pulling the cl more→ay into shape. When the bowl is fired in the kiln, the blues of the reactive glaze will undergo changes that bring rich tonal variation and every Vorago Bowl will be entirely unique.
