Wobblers
— one of the most popular modern types of lures for spinning. The name of such lures comes from the word "wobble" — "to limp, to stagger." It hints that the wobbler, when moving, imitates the behavior of a wounded or sick fish, which cannot quickly hide and becomes more accessible to a predator than healthy prey. A wobbler usually has a shape and coloring that imitates a small fish or other aquatic animal (for example, a toad). These attachments are available in many varieties, see "Body Shape" for more details.
