Sets

— sets consisting simultaneously of several devices that complement each other in terms of functionality.

In addition to the access control device itself (reader, keyboard, fingerprint or face recognition sensor), the kit usually includes:

— lock — usually electromechanical;
— exit button — sometimes separate, sometimes right on the lock;
— a controller that provides interaction between the lock and the access control device (can be separate or built into this device);
— auxiliary elements — cables, adapters, power supply, etc.

Keys, key chains and other electronic means of access are not a strictly mandatory element of the package, but they may well be supplied with the set.

Anyway, buying a ready-made kit often turns out to be a more convenient option than selecting the access system components separately: at least all elements of the kit are guaranteed to be compatible with each other.
