Battery motion sensors
Battery
— powered by a battery that does not belong to standard sizes and does not provide quick replacement (often non-removable at all). This option is found mainly in wireless models, as well as some wired sensors with "standalone" functions like their own alarm. The main advantages of a battery over batteries (see the relevant paragraph) are that such a power source is initially included in the delivery package, and when the charge is exhausted, you do not need to buy a new battery — just charge the existing one. On the other hand, charging requires a power source and a certain amount of time, during which the sensor is likely to be inoperative. And although the operating time on a charge, as in the case of batteries, is often calculated in years, however, batteries are still used much less frequently in modern sensors.
