— this term refers to all types of synthetic fabrics, consisting of extremely thin fibers (several microns thick). One of the most popular varieties of microfibre is fleece; for more details about it, see the relevant paragraph, here we note that in blankets "microfibre" other types of fabrics, not only fleece, can be called. However, all these fabrics have common features: they are light, retain heat well, easily absorb moisture and dry quickly. However in terms of air transmission, synthetics are inferior to natural wool; on the other hand, it is better for allergy sufferers.
