The convenience of the spray lies primarily in the simplicity and ease of application: instead of using cotton pads, swabs and other similar devices, you just need to “puff” from the bottle to the right place; usually, you can even rub the product with your hand (if such a need arises at all).
Sprays are intended mainly for nutrition, hydration and recovery, although other options are possible (see "Purpose"). A separate variety is sprays for feet and shoes — they are designed to refresh and remove unpleasant odours. At the same time, a similar effect is achieved not so much due to the fragrance, but due to the active ingredients — thanks to this, the product not only interrupts the unpleasant odour, but also neutralizes the substances that cause it.
