diptyque L'Ombre dans l'Eau EDT 50 ml is a floral eau de toilette for woman. In her garden Mrs Merwin, a friend of the creators of diptyque, cut the cassis and rose bushes to add the petals of the lat more→ter to her pot pourri. The combination of cassis leaves and rose petals was the inspiration for one of diptyque's most famous fragrances. This perfume was developed in 1983; the top notes are characterized by the Bulgarian rose to which are added the green notes of the leaves of cassis, which give it a pleasant freshness. The shadows of its name are balanced by freshness, a memory of a lush garden at the edge of the water.
