The question of a gift for the 8th of March sooner or later confronts any domestic man. I don’t know how it is in Europe, they hardly attach such importance to this date, but our women are waiting for this day and have the right to count on gifts. This year my wife helped me with the choice. Our old Saturn mixer broke down. It was a unique device. I did not think that he would last for ten whole years, because initially he worked in such a way that it seemed that he was about to break and fall apart))) I found a decent replacement for him, Bosch knows a lot about home appliances. True, their prices are inhumane, but this is our crisis dollar exchange rate that constantly damages the hryvnia price. In short, the gift was accepted favorably and was very much enjoyed in the work. Compared to the old Saturn mixer, this appliance is much more powerful. It might not be noticeable when whisking, but when my wife tried kneading dough with it, everything went smoothly. The previous mixer could only work with liquid dough; with any thicker consistency, it just got bogged down and stopped, threatening to burn out the engine. Now that problem doesn't exist at all. It mixes and whips egg whites, soufflés, and some sauces (my wife made them, I didn't delve into it) "excellently." The main thing is to use a deeper bowl, otherwise the splashes spread far and wide )) Despite all this, it is quite lightweight, weighing just over a kilogram. It has five speeds, although usually only the first and second are used. Great build quality, convenient, and ergonomic. Expensive, like all Bosch equipment. But when you take it in your hands, it becomes clear what this money was paid for. |
