I decided to pamper my 525 with new tires and bought a Goodyear R18 (245/40) on the recommendation of a friend. I’m not disappointed in the tires, the noise level is low, I often drive with grinders at traffic lights (how can I not start on something like this), the tire holds surprisingly tenaciously. The car drives predictably and confidently even in the rain. The braking distance is good and quite resistant to wear. Tested, I can recommend it. High-quality high-speed tires, their directional stability is amazing on both dry and wet asphalt. Very strong grip, this is especially noticeable on sharp turns. Someone who knows how to ride this gum, doesn’t know a lot, but wears fast during active exploitation (checkers on the spot, or races on the highway). With a quiet ride, enough for 3-4 seasons. For the Focus I bought a Goodyear Eagle F1 asymmetric with 17 rollers. First impressions are simply superb handling, clearly made four tracks across the entire surface of the tire cope perfectly with water, that is, there is no aquaplaning.
