Before that I rode the old Semperit Sport-Grip (a studless European one in the same size). Last year I started feeling worse, so I changed to this one. I liked the old one better. Operation - city and suburbs with poorly maintained roads. Feels like: very soft and quiet tires - smoothes out minor irregularities on the road well; snow, wet snow - it paddles perfectly, but on black ice (if it's like a skating rink) I don't feel confident at all - my old one was better in this regard. And this despite the fact that in winter I try not to exceed 80 km/h on the highway (which is without reagents). The point is probably that the 616 has small slots between the blocks compared to my previous one - this gives a larger contact patch and in icy conditions the controllability drops more. Bought this model in November 2021. Auto - opel astra j 2012 station wagon. I managed to ride in all road conditions, the result - dry asphalt-5, wet asphalt-4+, snow not rolled-5, snow porridge-4-, ice-3. Handling on dry, wet pavement and on rough snow. Very quiet.
