An impressively powerful outdoor self-powered wireless siren. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, designed for a loud sound notification of an alarm. The alarm signal is received from the Ajax Hub/Hub2/ReX control centre, which can combine Ajax FireProtect Plus fire detectors (detect the presence of smoke and carbon monoxide), Ajax DoorProtect door or window opening sensors, Ajax MotionProtect motion sensors or Ajax panic button signal into a single system button.

The Ajax StreetSiren siren is equipped with a long-range radio transmitter (frequency 868 or 915 MHz), which provides communication with the hub at a distance of up to 1500 m (in open areas). Guaranteed high power sound signal (adjustable from 85 to 113 dB), which warns of intrusion into the protected perimeter / room, fire or carbon monoxide leakage. It is powered by four long-life CR123A lithium batteries with a lifespan of up to 5 years. It is additionally protected by a tamper contact, due to which the fact of opening the case or dismantling is accompanied by an urgent notification to the smartphone of the owner of the system. It has a high class of dust and water protection IP54, remains operational in winter frosts (up to -20 °C) and in summer heat (up to +60 °C).
