It's not so bad that they don't include it in the kit anymore.

Price, ease of mounting to the table. The absence of buttons makes it possible to secure it in a narrow area between the table top and the shelf - or in another place where the option with buttons cannot be secured due to its size.
The plastic cap is loose. The shifts themselves are precise, but absolutely effortless, and the travel is very short. It can be shifted literally with one finger and is almost silent. It's impossible to engage reverse. In theory, it seems convenient, but in practice, it just, damn it, doesn't engage! It simply refuses to. Dozens of races have been lost due to its unwillingness to work properly. The price, although it seems low, is actually not much lower than Chinese counterparts or those from our craftsmen.
