The base's body is made in an unusual X-shaped design from aircraft aluminum — such a design combines a single motor block with efficient passive cooling, and MOZA engineers claim a minimal ripple level.

A 15-bit encoder resolution and a polling rate of 1000 Hz ensure precise and accurate wheel position tracking. The rim is equipped with non-slip ISF PU overlays and an aluminum rim with the branded quick-release mount, which in the future allows for the replacement of the standard wheel with any other from the MOZA ecosystem. The MOZA Racing R3 Racing Wheel and Pedals for PC comes with a two-pedal SR-P Lite block made of high-strength steel with Hall sensors and adjustable distance between pedals. Mounting to the table is done with standard clamps, and power for the base is from the mains. Compatibility is with Windows PC, and the list of supported games covers all major racing simulators from Assetto Corsa to Forza Horizon 5.
