A large-format tablet in a sturdy metal casing weighing 720 grams and 8.5 mm thick. The distinguishing feature of the device is the massive 13.4-inch IPS display, occupying 84% of the front panel. The resolution of 1920x1200 pixels provides a density of 169 ppi, making the gadget best suited for watching video content from a short distance rather than reading small text up close.

The screen refresh rate is increased to 120 Hz, making menu scrolling and interface animations visually smoother. The computational base is an octa-core Unisoc T620 processor. In tandem with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, the Teclast T65 tablet ensures stable multitasking in the current (at the time of release) Android 15 environment, showing a result of around 336,000 points in the AnTuTu benchmark.

The built-in 128 GB UFS 2.1 storage can be easily expanded with a memory card if necessary. The device is not tied to Wi-Fi hotspots thanks to the integrated 4G modem for two SIM cards, and the aGPS, GLONASS, and Galileo navigation modules allow the gadget to be used for location positioning. The multimedia component is enhanced with stereo speakers, a built-in gyroscope, and a classic 3.5 mm audio jack for wired headphones. Document shooting and video calls are carried out with 13 MP and 5 MP cameras. The system is powered by an 8000 mAh battery, which recharges via a basic 10-watt adapter through a USB Type-C port.
