Ultracompact automatic wrist blood pressure monitor with an advanced system for proper hand position control to achieve accurate results. The key technological feature of this model is the Correct Position Guidance function, which automatically determines the wrist's height relative to the heart level and guides the user to the optimal hand position using blue and orange light signals, which is critically important for wrist measurement reliability.

Thanks to its miniaturized size (56x88x18 mm) and weight of only 104 g, the device easily fits into a pocket or handbag, making regular blood pressure monitoring convenient in any situation — at home, work, traveling, or after physical activity. The A&D UB-543 monitor uses technology for fast measuring during cuff inflation, which reduces the overall procedure duration and discomfort.

The dual-user mode with memory for 60 measurements for each profile allows storing data separately for two individuals or dividing results into morning and evening, and tracking indicators before and after the start of medication therapy. The average value calculation function analyzes data for a selected period (morning/evening/all measurements). The device measures pressure in the range of 0-299 mmHg, pulse 40-180 bpm, and detects irregular heartbeat. The WHO color scale classifies the results. A large LCD display facilitates reading of indicators. Powered by two AAA batteries, case included.
