The 16-inch gaming laptops of the AN16-51 family represent the Nitro profile series from the manufacturer Acer. The portable PC line combines balanced solutions that can be classified as mid-price segment. These laptops are capable of attracting interest to a wide audience of gamers who want to play AAA titles with stable fps at Full HD resolution. Features of the models include a 4-zone RGB keyboard backlight and four additional function keys, the presence of a gigabit LAN port with a Killer Ethernet E2600 controller and a generally rich set of interfaces (if necessary, you can connect up to 3 monitors simultaneously), which, among other things, has a Thunderbolt port v4.
Acer Nitro 16 AN16-51 laptops received a 13th generation Intel processor: depending on the specific modification, this could be a 12-core Core i5 with a clock frequency of 1.9 GHz or an even more powerful Core i7 with 14 cores. The engine's performance is helped by 8 GB of DDR5-4800 MHz RAM, which has increased data transfer bandwidth. Graphics performance is provided by a discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 graphics card with 6 GB of GDDR6 memory, support for ray tracing, virtual reality technologies and the Advanced Optimus optimization system.
It is also worth noting the presence of a solid-state drive (up to 1 TB in top configurations) and a battery with a capacity of 5850 mAh (90 Wh). The latter should provide up to 8 hours of battery life and can be used to power external devices via USB C, such as a smartphone or peripherals (Power Delivery function). It is also worth highlighting the presence of an IPS screen with a diagonal of 16 inches, a refresh rate of 144 Hz and adaptive video synchronization (NVIDIA G-Sync), as well as fast response and decent color gamut (100% coverage of sRGB space is declared).
