The compact dual-screen action camera in a standard form factor — the model is built in a rectangular body with dimensions of 68x45.5x33 mm and equipped with a front-facing lens. The camera's optics provide a wide viewing angle of approximately 170°. Video recording is possible at a frame resolution of up to 4K (3840x2160 pixels) at 30 fps. Recorded materials are stored on a microSD storage device (up to 256 GB).

The shooting is managed by a combination of the 16-megapixel Sony IMX386 sensor and the Sunplus V35a image processing processor. The operator has access to an electronic image stabilization system. For viewing, there is a 2-inch rear display and a 1.3-inch front panel screen. Moreover, the Agfa AC9500 supports remote control from mobile devices. The model comes with two 960 mAh batteries, a docking station for charging them, and a set of popular mounts.

The action camera's body has reliable water protection with an IPX8 rating — it can withstand submersion up to 18 meters deep.
