Convenient Format

The device is crafted in an elongated body with a call button, camera, microphone, and speaker. Installation is done outside—whether it’s at the entrance to an apartment building or the door of a private house. Calls are received via smartphone: the camera provides visual contact with the visitor, and two-way audio is enabled through the built-in microphone and speaker.

Intelligent Detection

Ajax DoorBell is not just a doorbell with a camera, but a multifunctional solution with support for intelligent recognition of people, vehicles, and pets. Sensitivity level can be adjusted through a mobile app. Infrared illumination is automatically turned on in the dark. Any attempt to remove or damage the doorbell triggers the activation of the tamper—a built-in anti-theft protection system.

Smart Integration

The Ajax app offers numerous tools for fine-tuning video recording. The camera supports recording in a resolution of 2688x1520 pixels with H.264 codec and a stream of up to 100 Mbps. The main connection is via Wi-Fi, and the Ajax Jeweller and Wings protocols are used as backup communication channels. Power is supplied from the electrical grid, with a built-in 600 mAh battery provided in case of a power outage. The only downside is the glossy area around the lens which noticeably accumulates dust. Other than that, it is indeed a smart solution from an advanced Ukrainian security systems brand.
