Alecto FR-05

A model from the children's walkie-talkies category with a minimal set of functions, which is not suitable for hiking trips or professional use, but will be a fitting option for children's games, staying in touch at the cottage, in the yard, or during walks. It operates on PMR446 and has only three channels, which is still quite sufficient for kids' scenarios. The Alecto FR-05 is easy to operate, suitable even for small children; it can be carried in a pocket or attached to clothing with a removable clip.

At the same time, a range up to 3 kilometers is a decent figure for a device of this level, though in reality it strongly depends on conditions. It is also worth noting the long battery life: standby up to 35 hours, and about 4 hours of talk time, which makes this model convenient for a whole day of games or outdoor leisure. However, keep in mind that AAA batteries will require constant replacement or the purchase of rechargeable ones.
