The AMD Wraith Stealth is a basic active cooler designed to cool AMD processors. It is designed for AMD AM4 processor sockets and provides effective cooling at a maximum TDP of up to 80 watts. AMD sells the cooler separately to provide a convenient replacement for users who have lost or broken their standard cooler. It is also intended for people who purchased a BOX version of any Ryzen processor and are looking for a separate cooling system, without wanting to overpay for more expensive solutions from third-party manufacturers.
The cooler is equipped with a single 92 mm fan with a fluid-dynamic bearing, ensuring reliable operation and durability. The fan operates at speeds from 1200 to 2500 rpm and is automatically adjusted via PWM control. The cooler radiator is made of aluminum and has compact dimensions of 100x100x50 mm, which greatly simplifies installation even in the limited space of compact cases. Due to the power limitations (TDP 80W), this cooler is better suited for entry-level or mid-range processors such as Ryzen 3 and Ryzen 5. For example, it can easily handle the Ryzen 5 5600X models, which have a TDP of about 65W, but its capabilities may not be enough for more powerful Ryzen 7 series processors.
