AMT pans are of poor quality, or the manufacturer provides incorrect usage instructions.
It's not worth buying things from Hoff stores, as customer service is lacking and highly dependent on the staff you encounter: either good or non-existent, and you are practically shown the door.
We bought an AMT pan 728 (Receipt number 0208208 from 02/09/2019).
6500 for a pan. We thought it would finally be of good quality and last long.
However, after six months, it started sticking. They replaced it, saying it was defective and that it was the first time they had seen something like this. Well, okay, it happens. We were assured that if it happened again, we would have no problem getting a refund. We believed them, but in vain.
The story repeated after 6 months. But this time, we were refused.
1. The advertised qualities and lifespan of the pan do not match reality. In fact, the pan started deteriorating after just 3-4 months of use. So for 6500 rubles, it dies faster than a Tefal one that's twice as cheap. Our Tefal usually lasted about 1.5 years on this stove! And that's with using the pan STRICTLY according to the instructions provided on the packaging: coat the bottom with oil, heat it thoroughly, then lower the temperature and cook. Perhaps there's an issue with the incorrect description on the pan itself, or it's simply a low-quality product.
2. The examination was conducted based on PHOTOGRAPHS. How?! It's unclear! We might as well start predicting the future by a hand photo. Customer service managers said everything was visible in the photo alone, and it would be enough.
