The SOLIX C300 DC model does not support charging from the mains.
This device is a highly specialized solution that is technically more accurate to classify as a powerful external battery rather than a classic charging station, as it fundamentally lacks an inverter and 220V AC outlets. This engineering choice has allowed the dimensions to be minimized to a compact cube with a side of about 12 cm and the weight reduced to 2.72 kg, while maintaining an impressive capacity of the lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery at 288 Wh.
The key advantage of the ANKER SOLIX C300 DC is its focus on fast charging modern mobile electronics through DC ports: the body includes three USB-C ports, two of which support the advanced Power Delivery 3.1 protocol with a power of 140 W. This allows demanding laptops and drones to be powered as efficiently as from a stationary network. Additionally, there are a USB-A port and a 12V car socket.
It's important to consider the specifics of this device's energy replenishment: it does not connect directly to an outlet with a power cable, but charges via a bidirectional USB-C port (up to 140 W), from a car, or through an XT60 input for solar panels up to 100 W. The functionality is complemented by an original retractable LED flashlight integrated into the top of the body and a wireless communication module for fine-tuning parameters via an app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
