I've been using these headphones for over a year (got them as a birthday present), and I've never seen worse headphones. Yes, they work flawlessly with an iPhone, but on a Windows laptop, they're the worst thing imaginable. I have a Windows laptop myself, and I often connect a gamepad for gaming, and it's a complete disaster. They constantly disconnect, sound comes and goes, but if I play without the gamepad, everything's fine. BUT FOR €236 IT'S A DISGRACE. I expected that for €236, I wouldn't have problems connecting to third-party brand devices, but there are. I'm disappointed; they need to improve the software. They are good only if all your devices are Apple, but if they're not, you're doomed to suffer. Good sound quality, normal noise reduction. Uncomfortable fit in the ears, they press down, when switching from a laptop to an iPhone, you have to manually reconnect, otherwise they don't work. Frequent issues with placing the earphones in the case overnight only to find they didn't charge at all. Had two pairs of these earphones, problems are identical.
