Very convenient for cleaning floors. I hate the hassle with rags, buckets, and gloves. Steams well, but sometimes leaves wet marks on fabric. Not sure if that's normal. Cleans the glass ceramic stove, but I'd give it a 3+, though it does so without gloves and chemicals, and I'm satisfied. Cleaning mirrors and glass isn’t really my thing, but I cleaned two cabinet glass panes in minutes with the cleaner. It’s also quite capable of cleaning tile grout.
