Retro design
This model belongs to the premium segment, but its main advantage is its original design. The planetary mixer is part of the Ariete Vintage series, the devices of which are made in a stylish retro aesthetic. The plastic body with smooth, rounded shapes resembles household appliances of the mid-20th century, and the variety of colors allows you to choose an option that harmonizes with the interior of the kitchen. Moreover, if desired, you can collect a complete set of vintage devices in one style, because the Vintage collection also includes an electric kettle, a toaster, a stationary blender, a coffee maker and other equipment.
High performance
Despite its vintage design, the mixer is equipped with modern technologies and is highly powerful. At maximum load, it produces 2400 W, which allows it to easily cope with any task: from quickly mixing ingredients and whipping creams to kneading liquid and dense yeast dough. Seven speed modes with smooth adjustment make it possible to select the optimal intensity of work depending on the recipe and type of products. In difficult cases, the pulse mode will help.
Intuitive control provides additional convenience: the regulator not only indicates the speeds, but also indicates the attachments that are most suitable for each mode. Thus, medium speeds are recommended for mixing and kneading dough, and higher speeds are recommended for whipping.

The standard set includes three attachments that cover the main functions of a planetary mixer: a whisk, a bitter (flat mixing attachment) and a dough hook. The 5.5-liter working bowl is made of durable metal and allows you to prepare large portions at a time. The set also includes a transparent lid with a hole for conveniently adding ingredients without stopping work.
One of the main advantages of the model is the ability to expand functionality. Thanks to the additional drive on the body, various attachments can be connected to the mixer, turning it into a full-fledged food processor.
