if you're working with powerful software and often travel, requiring good hardware - it's definitely worth considering.
From my experience, for comfortable usage, you should install GHelper + set up Eco mode with Silent fans and sometimes when you want to play games, use Balanced + Standard with a stand and possibly a separate keyboard.
- Very comfortable size and an impressive screen, it's a pleasure to watch movies or program. - The keyboard is a delight, with wide keys. I'll also highlight the trackpad, similar to a MacBook's, made of glass, making your finger glide smoothly. - Battery life largely depends on usage. In 1.5 years of use, I've managed to get 3-5 hours, but I rarely played games and used integrated graphics. - Incredibly powerful processor and graphics card.
- Overheating, sometimes the laptop at friends' places would burn from overheating, and the case gets really hot, so if possible, replace the factory thermal paste immediately and use a stand. - Noise, like an airplane, very uncomfortable to play, sometimes it's audible even with headphones. - Software, the terrible unoptimized Asus software that can both kill and revive your laptop, you have to be very careful with it and remove all possible Asus services on your Windows. - Specifically, in my case, the keyboard backlight is uneven, some keys are too bright, make sure to check this.
