Asus ROG Strix G16 2025 G614PR-R9161W combines high performance and wide functionality, allowing professional gamers to fully unlock the potential of modern games. At the core of the model is the Ryzen 9 8940HX processor with an unlocked multiplier for overclocking and the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card from NVidia, featuring a range of hardware and software enhancements. The graphics system is capable not only of creating the most realistic gaming environment but also of enriching it with effects at the edge of possibilities. The laptop confidently handles 4K gaming, VR content, streaming, and professional rendering. High thermal loads are compensated by the ROG Intelligent Cooling system: the Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal dissipates heat from the chips, the multi-level radiator, and three fans effectively expel it through a developed system of ventilation channels. Under minimal loads, the coolers stop completely, reducing noise levels to zero.
Spatial Immersion
The model provides comfortable perception of image and sound. The screen with a 165 Hz refresh rate and wide color gamut guarantees a bright, clear picture with smooth frame-by-frame rendering of dynamic scenes. HDR10 and Dolby Vision support improves detail and contrast, which is especially important for gamers. However, with such graphical potential, the FHD resolution seems limiting, so the optimal solution would be connecting an external 4K monitor. Inaccuracy in the description of characteristics, specifically: the RAM frequency is not 5200 but 5600. Today, I removed the back cover to check. So, it's a positive inaccuracy, but still an inaccuracy! Powerful machine. Can do 2K gaming. I can't say it personally disappointed me because I think for this screen size, full HD is quite enough, but for someone else, it might be a disadvantage. Well, sorry folks, but the price isn't 120,000 UAH, it's 84. For that difference, you can get yourself an awesome 2K monitor and still have some left for a "coffee," if you really want that 2K.
