A large family of medium format business laptops with a removable Lithium Polymer battery that provides a decent level of battery life. The manufacturer is positioned as products of the middle price category, focused on use in a corporate environment and solving business-oriented tasks. Models of the line are equipped with 15.6-inch displays based on TN-matrices with a resolution of 1920x1080 and high-quality anti-glare coating.
They differ from entry-level models with improved equipment and a reinforced design of an impact-resistant metal-plastic case, which complies with the American military standard MIL-STD-810G. A decent level of performance for Asus PRO P2540FB laptops is provided by the 8th generation Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 U-series processors (Whiskey Lake, 14 nm), working in conjunction with 8/16 GB of DDR4-2400 RAM and M.2 SSD- drives with SATA3 interface. The built-in TPM 2.0 module makes it possible to organize strong encryption of user data using BitLocker technology. It can also be used for secure authentication in corporate networks. An island keyboard with a fingerprint scanner for biometric authorization in the system is provided.
