Apple's 2024 line of 15.3-inch Air series laptops combines versatile, passively cooled portable PCs with a high level of battery life. The models represent the advanced and higher price segment, and can be recommended for office work, business and study, as well as professional use. One of the main features of the family is the proprietary mobile processor M3, for which a performance increase is claimed compared to earlier engines (up to 20% compared to M2 and up to 60% compared to M1).
Apple MacBook Air 15 2024 laptops have a thin body (12 mm) made of aluminium, and it is stated that they are made from at least 50% recycled materials. It uses a Liquid Retina display with a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz, 2880x1864 pixel detail and a peak brightness of 500 nits (and the built-in light sensor is responsible for automatically adjusting the latter). An additional advantage of the models is an impressive battery life of up to 18 hours, while the battery supports fast charging and power supply of devices connected via USB C (Power Delivery function).
