The built-in automatic lower tethers secure the seat to the anchor points or seat runners and the three-point belt secures the seat in place. You can then pop on the side impact protector onto the side of the seat nearest to the car door. This useful little bit of kit helps to spread the harmful forces of an impact away from your little one through the shell of the seat.The seat will grow with them from their baby days all the way up until they re around seven, it does this by growing with your child. The harness and headrest can be adjusted in seconds to give the perfect fit. Unlike some of the other extended rear-facing seats on the market, the Minikid 4 has loads of legroom for them as they get older, as much as 30cm.The Minikid 4 has them covered if they need a snooze too.
