I might have received a defective product from the factory. But it heats when it wants to, and it seems like the contact is coming loose somewhere. It shows error E1 - the wire leading to the mattress is loose, or there is a bad connection. THE MAIN ISSUE - it is impossible to get a refund because this mattress falls under personal hygiene items and is non-returnable. They see no problems with warranty repairs.
