The Saber is an extremely impressive Midi-Tower case from the case-building professionals at BitFenix. The brushed aluminium front is devoid of distractions with just two vertical light strips present that are reminiscent of a sword or sabre - and this is what inspired the naming of the case. The side strips act as air intakes as well as dust filte... morers which can be removed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The top also has a large mesh with a magnetic dust filter, beneath which users will be pleased to find sufficient space for a 240 mm radiator. Additionally, the magnetic cover, which also acts as a noise dampener, can be removed if you prefer in order to prioritise airflow instead.BitFenix also included two quiet-running 120 mm fans in with the case. The fan at the back is from their in-house Spectre series of fans and includes RGB lighting which, thanks to the tempered glass side panel, bathes the interior in vibrant colours that can also be admired from outside. The case is built with space as a high priority, and as a result even E-ATX motherboards fit with ease and needless to say there is plenty of space for optimal cable management as well. One of the more unusual features of this case lies in it allowing users to install graphics cards vertically, with said graphics cards able to measure up to 400 mm in length.THE FEATURES OF THE BITFENIX SABER MIDI-TOWER AT A GLANCE:Exceptionally stylish Midi-Tower for motherboards up to E-ATXAddressable RGB-LED lighting and controller on frontLarge tempered glass side panel, roof with noise dampeningI/O-Panel with 2x USB 3.0 & HD Audio In/Out & RGB switchSupport for three radiators in 360-/280-, 240- and 120 mm formats2x 3,5/2,5" & 4x 2,5" drive slots2x 120 mm fans pre-installed, 1x with RGB-LEDs - total of 6 possibleSupports graphics cards up to 40 cm long & CPU coolers 17,8 cm tallSTYLISH MIDI-TOWER WITH RGB-LED LIGHTING WITH ALUMINIUM-LOOK FRONTThe exterior of the case impresses with its largely unfussy appearance and matt black surfaces. With the help of a compatible motherboard, the RGB-LEDs on the front, as well as the lighting in the RGB-LED fan at the back can be configured and synchronised to make for some striking lighting effects. Alternatively, the case does offer an integrated controller which can be controlled using a switch on the I/O panel. This spacious Midi-Tower fits motherboard from Mini-ITX- all the way up to E-ATX. Two 3,5- or 2,5" drives can be installed in one cage in the PSU shroud, while four further 2,5" drives can be concealed behind the motherboard tray. Hardware and cooling components enjoy a clean and attractive presentation inside the case thanks to BitFenix's use of 4 mm thick tempered glass, as well as a PSU shroud that succeeds in concealing the PSU
