The “bare” package of the device can be expanded with a pull cord switch, a delay off timer, a humidity sensor, a motion sensor, and all kinds of combinations thereof. Models of the series are equipped with a quick-detachable front panel that provides access to cleaning the "innards" from dust, another trump card in the fan's sleeve is wastefulness in terms of energy consumption.
